  • SHIPPING POLICY

Local Buddys is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Local Buddys proudly offers shipping services within india. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. We don’t have any logistics company of our own and we reliable on 3PLs (3rd Party Logistics) for shipping, there are certain policies that we follow. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you in timely and efficient manner. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

  • SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed within 2-3 working days and shipped out. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Product(s) may be delivery within 5-7 days from the day of order processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or due to weather delays or carrier issues may impact delivery times of the shipments. Please allow additional days in transit for such. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via E-mail/WhatsApp/Call.

  •  SHIPPING RATE

At present we are offering free Standard Shipping within India.

  • TRACKING ORDERS 

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your order on the logistics provider's website or in our website.

  • WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  • UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

  • LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Local Buddys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to us and the local authorities.

  • OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

If any of our item(s) are out of stock ,we will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

  • ACCEPTANCE
