Return And Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
• Orders can be returned within 72 Hours ( 3 Days) from the date of delivery.
• If any order is returned and was originally placed using a coupon code, kindly note that if the total value of the retained product(s) is less than the coupon’s valid discount amount, our team may need to deduct the discount from the refund. Thank you for your understanding.
• Special sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable ( clearance sales, seasons sales,) the same will be notified at the offer page itself
• Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
• Items will be considered for return only if the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
• The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.

Please Note: Exchanges/Return will only be allowed once against an order ID.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment or bank account within 7-10 working days.
Return Or Replace of item(s)
- We only replace items if they are defective ,damaged or Wrong product.
- We need an unboxing video to claim a return for a damaged /wrong product.
- Returns for damaged/wrong product that do not include an unboxing video will not be accepted.
