Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer has the option to cancel the order(s) within 12 hrs of placing an order(s), while the company reserves the right to cancel the order itself in case of any defects, payment problems, and other related issues.

Note 1.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order(s). Afterwards we will be unable to cancel the order(s), as we take our delivery time very seriously and dispatch the received order(s) within time. Please drop email us at orders@localbuddys.com along with your Order Id from your registered email address.
  • Once the cancellation request made from your end is confirmed by our team ,we will cancel your order(s).
  • Once the cancellation process is completed, we will initiate the refund process in which your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 business working days .

 

Note 2.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your order(s) at any time due to any defects, payment problems, suspicious activities or other related issues, its our sole discretion and you (customer) cannot sue us for that. We will notify you via email regard your order(s) cancellation, you have the option to place a new order(s) by making any necessary additional payment or request a refund to your bank account.

 

Note 3.

  • Cancellation requests for Official Merch, clearance Sale/flash sale products, steal deal products or end of season sale etc. are not accepted by us. Nevertheless, if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or wrong , a replacement can be made.
